Hello to everyone who stops by here to see what silliness I may have put up next. Thank you for doing that. I really am grateful for those of you who have taken the time to stop in and leave a comment. Share a song. Even those of you that haven't, thank you too. Sorry we never got to say hello, maybe next time.
As you are probably all aware, my husband and I are gearing up for a big move across the country. I feel at this time, I need to get off the black box, and really focus on that.
I have found over the last week or so, that I am just putting filler music in, so that there is something different on each day. That was not the purpose of this blog. I don't just want to throw junk at ya. You have better things to do, and so do I.
So, until we are on the road, off the road, where we plan on ending up...I am going to take a break...probably just a few weeks tops. You won't get a chance to miss me, : P although, I may miss some of you.
Again, I thank you for making me a part of your day, and for being a part of mine. When I come back, it will be better, stronger, and without so much filler....that will be my personal goal. Enjoy the wonderful world of Bloggers out there....I will still be visiting my usual haunts.
Until we meet again......

Hello, and no it wasn't evil...gosh golly darn it!!! I was worried about the girls sweaters...I learned many moons ago to worry about the plank in my own eye, as opposed to the splinter in another's...
Thank you for the compliment, but I really haven't done it justice lately...just too much to do..so yes I am taking a break..busy busy busy!
I found your comment at Ken's site this morning really amusing....tee-pee's and reservation's...hysterical!!! I had a good giggle over that one...and it was NOT intentional...Now I exert my option to utilize my 5th Amendment Right...LOL Any who, that's how I found your site...and liked it...so I commented..
Thanks for dropping in, and hope that once I am up and running again, to see you around. I don't tend to get too political here...I try to keep it light...hopefully my sense of humor will not offend. : ) Just keep in mind, I am Ken's other half...so you know I must be a little twisted!!! : P
Thanks so much! It was because you and Ken are probably a little twisted that I dared to make that comment about the "reservations." I'm glad you got a kick out of it and that it didn't offend!
I feel pretty stupid, but I still don't get the comment about the sweaters! I get why you commented on my Sully Erna post, since you like the music, but there are no girls OR sweaters on that post, so I'm confused! Was it meant to be on a different post? Or were you talking about the bikini chick on my header up top? LOL!
Honestly, this (BWB) is an awesome music site! I'll be stopping by for sure. And good luck with all the move stuff going on. BTW, I know you folks will probably be taking the southern route through Amarillo to see Angel, but if for some reason you end up on a northern route on I-70 through Denver, Gruntessa and I would be happy to offer you a guest room plus room for dogs. Or just a beer on your way through. Just let me know. Good luck!
Just make a list and go out and give it to Ken and tell him when it's done there will be more. Then kick back and relax in supervisor mode.
Oh NO, we understand but will miss you.
GOMC, I 'slained it at your house...lol And thank you for your kind offer!
Brian, I am more of a "Honey, Let's git 'er dun!" kinda chick...lol so that list...never work! lol, but thanks for the thought.
Granny, you will certainly be missed, but I will be visiting and seeing you at others..you enjoy that visit with your daughter...and I would love to see a photo...my email is at the top of my page ...love to put a face to your name. : )
My own Granny, holds a very special place in my heart, and I, out of over a hundred grandchildren, am her spitting image. Blessed I say!
I completely understand. Best of luck and safe travels. Jeffery
Take care, Miss Lisa.
Hope that you and Ken have a safe trip!
You will be missed, hope to see you back on sometime.
Will miss you. Look forward to your return to blogging from Middle Tennessee. Safe travels.
Moving isn't fun - have done it too many times. When you get settled and Ken has built that chicken coop for 'ya, I sure do hope you'll be back! I really, really enjoy your blog! In the meantime,, we have lots and lots of good music to listen to. :o)
Thank you Jeffery, drjim, wildbill208, Chickenmom, and Terry! I appreciate your sweet words and I will see you soon...It is very special to me that you've left a nice word for me. Thank you again.: )
Catch you on the flip side..... :)
You all know the email is at the top o' the page.
: )
You have to concentrate on the important things! I suppose keeping a leash on that no good husband of yours is a full time job, as is harassing the family and friends!
Here's to a smooth move!
:)
I will do the photos when Karen gets here, (21days). We have jumped through all the hoops to get the paperwork done. What a cash cow the government has getting passports, visas, and your first born as collateral. Joseph Conrad traveled the world without a passport.
Glen, I learned a long time ago, don't try to leash a wild animal, it will either gnaw through the leash or their own body to get free...so he is on his own ont that one! : ) But giving the family a hard way to go and Ken too...you betcha..right up my alley!! LOL Thank you for your kind words.
Granny, I imagine it does seem like they want your first born AND the golden goose...but it will so be worth it...and I look forward to the picture! Thank you!! : )
